In June, I arranged a stay for a group of 30 people and contacted the hotel for room bookings. They were incredibly helpful, accommodating all our guests. The hotel's location is excellent, offering picturesque views from every room. Convenient local transport is available right outside the hotel, facilitating easy travel to nearby markets and within the town. The rooms and food quality are homely, reasonably priced, and the staff is friendly and courteous. Additionally, they organized a sightseeing tour for our group, covering nearby attractions at very reasonable rates.

This has been my best experience so far. I've visited numerous resorts, but staying at this hotel with my entire family was exceptional. Mr. Gyaltsen, the owner, is remarkably polite, calm, and genuinely nice to everyone. The service provided is unparalleled, with daily room cleaning included. Both the owner and staff exhibit excellent and friendly behavior. I will wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to all my family members and neighbors. Thanks.

Tempo Heritage Resort and Spa has been home away from home to me and my family for the last 5 days . I really enjoyed the facilities and services of the hotel like to name some swimming pool n the water is really clean kept , the gym n fitness room is packed with all the major equipment one needs for work out session. The spa and sauna experience was a great relief to the body as it was on offer . Highly recommended this hotel to any and everyone who is wanting peace and scenic view from the hotel and just 1 km away from the main town Mg Marg. Great place for relaxation. Thanks to the management.

Absolutely delightful place. We just enjoyed our stay and Food. Staff are very helpful in all aspect. Can add some more food options also. But overall I liked the place. Will visit again. See you guys untill next time

They take care of their guests. Super polite and friendly staff. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Hot water is always available. They got smart tvs in their rooms and a lot of ott options too. The food is nice. It's a km away from mg marg though. Walking to or back from the market can be difficult as the roads are quite steep. Definitely recommended

I was truly impressed by the hotel's exquisite rooms and the captivating front view. Its convenient location, just one kilometer from MG Road, added to its appeal. However, I must admit that I was quite disappointed with the food. Despite the ambiance and aesthetics of the place, the taste of the meals left much to be desired. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, I found the flavors lacking and unsatisfying. It's unfortunate that such a beautiful hotel doesn't excel in providing a delightful culinary experience.

It was an amazing place to stay and relax with a mesmerizing mountain view and the crystal clear swimming pool, the hotel has been maintained with proper care and the management under Gyaltsen ju was friendly and welcoming , as being a travel agent myself from nepal I normally prefer hotels that are looked after the owner itself as there are many plus points to it and personal touch is very much visible so shall be sending more guest to the hotel in the future endeavours. Must be said that the hotel is value for money in all aspect of facilities such as gymnasium Spa and sauna and complimentary snooker place with bar attached .... Indeed it was a very peaceful location and yet close to the main market MG Marg Gangtok.More

Booked through KioMoi tour and travel. Great value for money. Rooms, Services, Food, and mountain facing swimming pool.... everything is amazing. Restaurant vibes and Breakfast was memorable one.
